AVOCET Slimline U-Rail Window Espagnolette 7.7mm

Avocet Slimline Offset Window Espag – 20mm & 22mm Backset

The Avocet Slimline Offset Window Espag is a compact multipoint window locking mechanism designed for applications where a narrow, discreet faceplate is required without sacrificing security or performance.

Featuring a 14mm narrow U-rail faceplate, this espag is available in 20mm and 22mm backset options, making it suitable for a wider range of UPVC window profiles and replacement applications.

The gearbox incorporates a 7mm spindle, 43mm screw centres and an 8mm mushroom height. The mushroom locking points engage securely into compatible keeps to provide effective compression and improved resistance against forced entry.

Available in a range of overall lengths, this espag offers a practical replacement solution for a variety of window sizes.
