FUHR Overnight Lock – Temporary Replacement Door Lock

The FUHR Overnight Lock is designed as a practical temporary security solution when an existing multipoint door lock has failed and the correct replacement mechanism is not immediately available.

It allows the door to be secured overnight or while a replacement multipoint lock is being sourced, helping installers avoid leaving a property unsecured.

Operation

This lock operates differently from a standard lift-lever multipoint mechanism.

Lever down operation – the handle does not lift upwards. The key or handle is used to retract the latch and deadbolt.

Reversible Latch

The latch can be reversed to suit the handing of the door. Simply undo the screw in the side of the lock case adjacent to the latch, remove and reverse the latch, then reinsert it and refit the screw.
